Reservation Policy :-

1.     Guest authorizes Hotel City Point to charge their credit card for first days room tariff.
2.     In the unlikely event of our inability to accommodate you or your guest, despite holding a guaranteed reservation, we will arrange alternate accommodation.
3.     A Guaranteed reservation will be held until 1800 hours, unless specified in writing and after receiving our acknowledgement. Please carry your written request and our acknowledgment with you.

Cancellation & Amendment Policy:-

1.     Cancellation made less than 48 hours prior to check-in time and date will be charged 100% of one night`s room rent plus tax.
2.     For group bookings (three rooms and more), cancellation needs to be made one week (7 days) prior to the date of check-in, in writing, if cancellation is made less than one week prior to check-in date, one day room rate plus taxes will be levied on total number of rooms booked.
3.     All booking, Cancellation & Amendments should be sent to us in writing via Email or fax. Incase you do not receive our acknowledgement for your cancellation, please resend us the same.

No-Show Policy:-

In case of a No-Show due to any reason, the hotel reserves the right to levy retention charge for one night of room rent plus taxes.
